Welcome to JLU & Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online stores, social media shops, and all products and services offered by JLU & Co. By accessing our platforms or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. ORDERS

An order shall only be deemed accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order has been accepted and prepared for shipment.

JLU & Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

  • fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • inaccurate information has been provided;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • inventory is unavailable;
  • platform abuse is detected.

6. PAYMENT

We accept payment methods made available through our authorized selling platforms and payment partners.

Customers authorize JLU & Co. to process payments for completed purchases.

Failure of payment authorization may result in automatic cancellation of the order.

7. SHIPPING

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

JLU & Co. shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • courier operations;
  • weather conditions;
  • force majeure;
  • customs or government inspections;
  • incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address indicated in the order.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be governed by the official JLU & Co. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

11. PROHIBITED USES
